Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged, incorrectly engraved, not functional in some way or look significantly different to what you purchased.
If this is a case of our error, we will cover shipping and/or send a new item. We will try to resolve this in the fairest way possible, and compensate the buyer accordingly.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and order number.
